A Domestic Couple’s duty is at the discretion of the employer.

A Domestic Couple are two persons (married or partners) who work as a team for a household with a preference of working the same hours and days.

Domestic Couples fulfill a variety of roles within a household with each person working in their area of expertise. The employers property and service needs determine the job titles of the couple.  

Some Responsibilities of a Domestic Couple:

• Household management and planning schedules  

• Cooking and preparing meals of a chef duty 

• Housekeeping and laundress duties  

• Driving clients, chauffeur as needed  

• Pet care, groom, daily exercise & feeding of animals  

• Caretaking, including elderly, newborn or childcare

• Gardening, landscape and property maintenance  

• Bookkeeping, assisting, errands and organizing  

• 24/7 availability for staying on property while employer travels • Automobile care, washing, service and upkeep  

• Willing to travel and/or arrange all bookings for clients 

Qualifications to register as a Domestic Couple candidate with Kate’s Choice  

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in your domestic field  

• Educational background & degrees that apply to position  

• Impeccable references from 2-3 previous employers  

• Valid Drivers License  

• Proof of Citizenship  

• Clean Driving Record 

• Must pass background check  

• Credit check (depending on job duties) 

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) 

• Comfortable with being legally employed (W2) and paid via Payroll 

• Valid Passport holder & willingness to travel  

• Legal to work in the U.S.  

• Non-Smoker 

• Drug- Free
